About the company: We are a fast-growing and thriving E-commerce business focusing on baby, children, and interior products. Operating on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and Faire we’ve been in business for over four years. We seek a highly organized Amazon & E-Comm Specialist to join our team, capable of independent and proactive work to handle various aspects of our business.

 

About the role:

We are looking for an analytical Amazon & E-Comm Specialist with a passion for e-commerce, a talent for troubleshooting, and a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate should be a creative problem solver, tech-savvy, highly organized and systematic, and capable of managing various administrative tasks.

 

You should be able to receive a brief and strategically plan and execute the task on all platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify. You are someone who should be comfortable with continuous learning, as there are no predefined standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Daily and weekly meetings will be held to create SOPs and adapt to evolving business needs.

You will also be responsible for customer support management across email, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, FB, and IG. You will streamline the operations and improve the customer service experience.

This is a Full-Time Remote position. We encourage long-term commitment and dedication, with an expectation of starting at 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine time for effective collaboration with the team. While flexibility in working hours will be considered in the future, however, the initial focus will be on aligned working hours for enhanced support and training.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the director as their “right hand”, ready to take on any instructed tasks.
  • Manage and upload product listings on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and Faire.
  • Creating new processes and updating existing standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for integrations and creations of listings on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify using Sellbright.
  • Implement changes on e-commerce platforms especially Amazon as instructed. (Merge listings, create variations, and maintain the platform).
  • Create and manage shipment plans to Amazon from 3PL.
  • Coordinate with 3PLs and prep centers.
  • Connect and troubleshoot app integration issues across different platforms.
  • Handle cases and contact support on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Collect data on e-commerce platforms especially Amazon as instructed.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Proficiently update and handle Excel and Google Sheets for data organization.
  • Product replacement/main communicator with 3PL
  • Perform data entry tasks and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Customer management to address inquiries, replacements, and concerns.
  • Assist with general tasks as needed
  • No PPC management, and no creative tasks in this role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive/Operations Assistant in the E-commerce industry with a main focus on Amazon.
  • Effective communication skills for coordination and SOP creation.
  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central including its reports, preferably with data analysis skills.
  • Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, showcasing the ability to create and manage sheets as directed by the Director.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and abilities for multitasking.
  • Punctual and reliable and willing to learn and develop in a company where you have huge potential.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in logistics is an advantage for this role but is not required. We work in Gorilla ROI.
