About the role:

As a member of our Customer Service team at KO Storage, you will join a service and sales-focused team passionate about listening to, caring for, and connecting with our customers.

In this role, you will answer calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions.

This is a Full-Time Remote position.

We are looking for candidates from Argentina and the Philippines who are available to work in the US time zone (Central Daylight Time).

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

    • Provide a caring, reliable, and knowledgeable first contact point for KO Storage.
    • Efficiently manage customer move-ins, move-outs, and payment processing for our self-storage facility, ensuring seamless transactions and a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Reviewing accounts daily and maintaining all work queue assignments.
    • Conducting persuasive and informative phone sales calls to potential customers interested in our self-storage services, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our storage solutions.
    • Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers over the phone, understanding their storage needs, and tailoring sales pitches to match the unique requirements of everyone.
    • Managing a high volume of inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and web chats, consistently meeting or exceeding targets through effective communication and a customer-centric approach.
    • Employing active listening techniques to identify customer concerns and objections, and skillfully addressing them to overcome obstacles and secure successful outcomes.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring that all interactions and sales activities are well-documented.
    • Providing exceptional customer service during the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships that contribute to the growth and success of our self-storage business.

Requirements

    • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.
    • You must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
    • You must be able to complete all tasks in a timely manner.
    • You are a critical problem solver who enjoys finding solutions to challenges.
    • You can effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
    • You are versatile, flexible, and willing to work within changing environments with enthusiasm.
    • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in customer service, sales, call center, or collections environments.
    • Must be able to hear phone calls and speak to customers over the phone.
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
